Transitional Presidents (2022-2023)

Following the resignation of T. Dwayne McCay in March 2022, then provost and executive vice president Marco Carvalho, Ph.D., was named acting president of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­. He served the university in this role until July 2022, following the selection of Robert L. King, J.D., as interim president. King completed his yearlong commitment to Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ in June 2023, shortly preceding the arrival of sixth president, John Nicklow, Ph.D.
