Making Space

When Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» talks about space, it's usually related to rocket launches, missions to Mars and internships with NASA. Not this time.

Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» has initiated construction of a new six-story, 556-bed student housing complex, Crimson Crossing, at the northeast corner of Babcock Street and University Boulevard. Upon completion, the new residence hall will increase on-campus housing space for Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» students by about 27%.

The majority of the apartment-style units in the complex will be four-bedroom, two-bathroom suites equipped with full kitchens, providing modern and comfortable living spaces for students. Amenities will include a classroom area, study and lounge spaces, a multipurpose room, e-bike parking, and two outdoor courtyards designed for dining and recreation.

The university eagerly anticipates welcoming its first Panther residents into the new student housing complex in August 2026.
