CITI Human Subjects Training

All individuals directly involved in conducting research with human participants or handling private confidential participant information are encouraged to complete online certification in human subjects protection through CITI, the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative.

The CITI program at the University of Miami is a leading provider of research ethics education. Their web-based learning materials serve millions of learners worldwide. CITI training certification is not required for IRB submission but is strongly encouraged.
