Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ ABA programs are designed to meet instructional requirements for Behavior Analyst Certification Board® (BACB®) credentials, and many states require or accept these credentials toward educational requirements for licensure. However, states with licensing laws may have additional or different requirements. 

In compliance with federal regulations, this list of state licensing authorities, contact information and applicable disclosures is provided to ensure you have the information you need if you are planning to enter a field that may involve licensing in your state. This information will be updated annually.

If there is no listing for your area of study in your state or territory, it means we have not found any indication that such licensing exists. However, states that do not license a given occupation now could institute licensing in the future. Be sure to check back from time to time.
