Welcome to Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­! You have likely used Workday for your application, recruiting, and onboarding, so you will want to get more familiar with the system’s other functionality, depending on your role.  

Workday is Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­’s system of record and includes Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Expenses, and Grants.

How to Get Started

First, be sure you have activated your , Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­’s single sign-on mechanism for many of the university’s systems. Also, to protect your personal information, Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ uses , in addition to your TRACKS login information. Be sure to set up your TRACKS account and DUO prior to logging into Workday.

The has employee self-service training materials, including Job Aids, training videos, and PowerPoint presentations. Log in with your TRACKS information to access these materials.

Additionally, you can create an account on to access even more content and collaborate with other Workday users.

Employee Self-Service

Student Employees can manage their personal information with Workday, such as update emergency contacts and view activity pay contracts.

Compensation and Payroll

Student Employees can view their pay and any additional compensation, view payslips, update direct deposit payment elections, and update W-4 information.

Current Student Employees can view and print their W-2s from ADP using a passthrough link in .

Former Student Employees

Former employees who need access to their Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ W-2s should contact the Payroll Office by emailing hr@fit.edu.
