The Media Board of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» is the governing board of the four different student-run media outlets that we have here on campus. Its membership is comprised of The Crimson, the student newspaper; Kaleidoscope, the literary magazine; Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Video Productions (FITV), the student-run video production company, and Panther Radio, the student-run podcast station. Together, these organizations work with the rest of the campus to project the voice of the students.
Media organizations are a great way to explore something different during your college career.
The Crimson
The Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Crimson is a student-run newspaper that covers events both on- and off-campus relevant to the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» community. The Crimson strives to keep students, faculty, staff and alumni up to date and is always looking for writers and photographers to help achieve this goal.
FITV
FITV is Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»'s very own student video production company. Its mission is to bring quality videos and short independent films to the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» community, and to promote film as an art. It is also the organizer of the annual FITV Film Festival.
Panther Radio
Panther Radio is Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»'s student-run podcast station.
Kaleidoscope
Kaleidoscope, Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»'s literary magazine, publishes short stories, poetry, photography, and artwork from Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» undergraduates, graduates, faculty, and staff. Students get behind the scenes experience in publishing, with opportunities to serve as editors, graphic artists, and layout and design specialists.
