Fall 2026 ORIENTATION
Mandatory for all new undergraduate and graduate students Fall 2026. This includes any student who has graduated from Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» and is starting a new program.
The New Student Orientation programs will be from Saturday, August 8 - Friday, August 14.
Families and supporters are more than welcome to attend the new student orientation sessions.
Check-In and Move-In
New undergraduate, transfer, and graduate students check in and move in on the day listed below, based on their on-campus or off-campus living information, through a drive-thru process. Those students living on campus will proceed to their residence halls immediately after check-in. Please follow the schedule below to know when to arrive for check-in and move-in.
PLEASE NOTE: New students are permitted to move in ONLY during their designated times listed below. If a new student shows up early for their designated day or time, we will have a holding location until it is their time to move in. Dates cannot be exchanged to ensure the safety of the campus community; there are no exceptions.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 8
Roberts Hall
- 7th and 6th Floor: 8am – 9am
- 5th and 4th Floor: 9am – 10am
- 3rd and 2nd Floor: 10am – 11am
Residence Quad
- Brownlie Hall: 11am – 12pm
- Campbell Hall 3rd Floor: 11am – 12pm
- Campbell Hall 2nd Floor: 12pm – 1pm
- Campbell Hall 1st Floor: 1pm – 2pm
Southgate, Mary Star of the Sea, L3Harris Village, and Panther Bay

Columbia Village
- Anderson and Husband Hall: 8am – 9am
- McCool and Clark Hall: 9am – 10am
- Brown and Chawla Hall: 10am – 11am

- Wood and Shaw Hall: 12pm – 1pm
- Evans and Grissom Hall: 1pm – 2pm
Commuters, Graduate, and Transfer Students:
- Sunday, August 9 from 9am – 1pm
The New Student Orientation programs will be from August 9 to August 14. 
The Family Orientation program will be on August 10, with activities and events on August 11.
