All Melbourne campus students, regardless of age, must establish an account with Med+Proctor and submit their immunization records for review. There is a one-time $10 fee for newly enrolling students.

• Lifetime access to your records

Signing up for Med+Proctor and verifying your immunizations must be completed prior to registering for classes. Failure to do so will delay a student’s ability to register.

Med+Proctor Sign-Up and Immunization Verification

The immunization verification process is facilitated through Med+Proctor. These are the steps you can expect when creating a new account:

1. Go to and choose "Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­" from the list.
2. Sign into using your TRACKS username and password.
3. Input your fit.edu email address and select "I don't have a user account yet."
4. Retrieve and confirm the verification code sent to your fit.edu email.
5. Complete your profile.
6. Read and sign the End User License Agreement. 
7. Complete the brief tuberculosis questionnaire. 
8. Pay $10 fee using your credit card.
9. Upload required document(s).

Please allow an additional 24 hours after Med Proctor verification for your Health Hold to be removed. Be sure to check your Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ email and your Med+Proctor account for all verification updates.
