Dr. Andressa Sleiman is an Assistant Professor in the School of Behavior Analysis at Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral. Her work centers on Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), the study and application of applied behavior analysis in organizations. OBM focuses on assessing and changing work environments to improve employee performance, business results, and employee engagement using experimentally grounded approaches to workplace performance improvement.

Dr. Sleiman is an Assistant Professor in the School of Behavior Analysis at Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³», where she teaches undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral courses in applied behavior analysis, organizational behavior management, behavioral systems analysis, training and development, ethics, safety, research, and supervision.
In addition to her academic role, Dr. Sleiman consults with organizations to apply behavior-analytic principles to workplace performance, safety, leadership, communication, staff training, and organizational systems. Her applied work focuses on helping organizations identify meaningful outcomes, assess the environmental variables that influence performance, and design practical systems that support behavior change and sustainable improvement.
