Steven Holmberg
Meet Steven! He is a graduate student pursuing a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering in the College of Engineering & Science. Steven holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Ocean Engineering from the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³».
Originally from Forked River, New Jersey, Steven chose Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» for its research opportunities, the ability to double major in Aerospace and Ocean Engineering, and its ideal location. He wanted a school with strong connections to the space industry and extensive undergraduate research involvement.
As a returning President’s Ambassador, Steven hopes to continue growing his network, help shape the future of the PA program, and contribute to Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»’s ongoing growth.
After graduation, he aspires to work on designing satellite rendezvous, proximity operations, and docking (RPOD) missions.
His favorite thing about Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»: “Going to the beach before or after class to surf and getting to step outside of a class to watch a rocket launch.”
His involvement at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»: NETS Lab, Panther Pride Ambassador
His involvement off-campus: L3Harris Fall 2025 Internship, Collins Aerospace Summer 2025 Internship
