Kristin M. Albert

ABA Online Adjunct Faculty, Ph.D., M.Ed., BCBA-D

Dr. Kristin Albert has a Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis from Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­, an M.Ed. in Special Education from Penn State University, and a B.A. in Psychology and English from Allegheny College. In 2008, she became a BCBA under the supervision of Dr. Vince Carbone. Kristin has over 15 years of experience providing ABA services to learners of diverse populations in home-, school-, center-, and university-based clinical settings. She has provided direct services, supervised programs as a BCBA, conducted consultations, clinically directed a center-based program for children with autism, and implemented OBM practices in ABA settings. Kristin has taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels, both online and in-person. She has also authored 10 peer-reviewed papers and one book chapter, and given dozens of presentations at state and national conferences. Dr. Albert's areas of expertise and research interests include verbal behavior, natural environment teaching, motivating operations, skill acquisition, joint control, staff training, teaching minimally vocal learners, and building rapport with learners/pairing.
