Erin Alvarado
Erin Alvarado '16 serves as Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»'s Director of Annual Giving, leading strategic fundraising initiatives that drive donor participation, engagement, and philanthropic support for the university.
During her four years with Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³», she has served as Assistant Director of Alumni Communications & Content, Alumni Communications & Content Manager, and now Director of Annual Giving.
In her current role, she oversees multi-channel fundraising campaigns, including #GivingTuesday, fiscal year-end appeals, and 37 Hours of Giving, while developing engagement strategies that strengthen connections between alumni, donors, and the university.
In 2026, she was recognized with Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»'s Joan Bixby Staff Impact Award through the WISE Awards for her contributions to the institution and campus community.
Alvarado is also a Panther, graduating from Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» in 2016 with a degree in Business Administration-Marketing from the Nathan M. Bisk College of Business.
In her spare time, you can find Alvarado playing with her Panther Cub Owen, reading, running, going to the movies with her husband (also a Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» alumnus), binge-watching reality TV, and visiting Florida's various theme parks.
